Understanding your weekly breakdown
Once a particular week is expanded, you'll see the following information:
Pay Period: The start and end date of the working week this report covers.
Total Tips Collected By The Business: The full amount of tips collected across the whole business for that week, broken down by how the tip was given: Fixed, Flex, QR, and JustPOS.
Hours Worked: A day-by-day view of the week, showing which days you worked (ticked) and which you didn't (crossed out), along with your total hours worked for the week.
Your Split: Your individual share of that week's total tips, calculated based on the hours you worked relative to your team. This is shown in green and is the amount you were paid out for that period.
Note: Your split is calculated relative to the hours logged by everyone on the team that week, so weeks with fewer hours worked will show a smaller split, even if the business collected a large amount in total tips. Your split may also be affected by category splitting, where a set percentage of the total tips is allocated to each staff group.
That's it — you now know how to check exactly how much your business collected, how your hours were recorded, and how your split was calculated for any given week.
