What is happening?
- "I never got an invite, or I have not finished signing up." Go to Completing Your Employee Account
- "I have not verified my ID yet, or the check is not working." Go to Verification Not Working? Start Here
- "I do not know when my tips should arrive." Go to When Will My Tips Arrive?
- "My tips say pending." Go to Why Your Tips Are Showing as Pending
- "My bank sent the payment back, or it says failed." Go to My Payout Failed or Was Returned
- "My bank details are wrong or have changed." Go to Changing Your Bank Details
- "The amount looks wrong, or I want to see how it was worked out." Go to Viewing Your Tips and Payouts
- "I am in the UK and have a question about tax, my NI number or my payslip." Go to Tax, NI Numbers and Payslips (UK)
- "I think I was left off the roster." Ask your manager to check the roster for that period. Managers can see A Team Member Is Not on the Roster
