Getting a JustTronc Receipt (UK)

JustTronc receipts and reports are available for employers and service workers alike to ensure HMRC compliance; the steps below detail how you can access them.

In short: Log in to your employee dashboard, go to Earnings under Tip Pay-outs, choose the payout and download your receipt as a PDF. It shows the breakdown of that payout.

Who this is for: Staff. UK only.

Download your receipt

  1. Go to justtip.co.uk and select the menu icon in the top-left corner of the homepage.
  2. Click Login, then select JustTip™ Employee Login from the drop-down.
  3. Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
  4. Go to Tip Pay-outs, then Earnings.
  5. Select the payout you need.
  6. Click to view or download your receipt. It comes as a PDF showing the breakdown of that payout.

Keep your receipts. They are a record of the tronc paid to you.

If you are an employer

You can download tronc reports for your whole team.

  1. Log in to your JustTip business dashboard.
  2. Go to Tronc History in the Pay-out section.
  3. Select the pay-out period.
  4. Generate and download your report. Reports come as PDF and CSV files showing the tronc allocation for each employee.
