What is happening?
- "I do not know which ID I can use." Go to Which ID Can I Use?
- "I do not have a passport or any photo ID." Go to Which ID Can I Use?
- "The camera will not open, or it says permission denied." Go to Allow Camera Access for Your ID Check
- "My selfie or my ID photo was rejected." Go to Your ID Check Failed: Selfie and Document Tips
- "The check keeps failing, or it will not start at all." Go to Manual Verification: When the Check Will Not Complete
- "It says the name on my ID does not match." Go to The Name on Your ID Does Not Match
- "I verified, but my tips still say pending." Go to Why Your Tips Are Showing as Pending
