Setting Up Your Tronc Account

Sign Up 

To sign up to JustTronc, you must first register for a JustTip account. This can be done via the following link here. Once registered, your dedicated account manager will contact you via phone or email. If you choose to subscribe to JustTronc, they will activate this feature on your account. 

Signing Up/Removing Staff 

Once your account manager has enabled access to the Tronc solution, you’ll need to invite your staff to the platform. This can be done via the ‘My Team’ section on your JustTip dashboard. From there, you can send invites to staff using their first name, surname, and email address.  Alternatively, you can bulk invite all your staff at once. The names of your team members will appear on the dashboard. Beside each person’s name, there will be a column displaying either a green tick or a red X. A green tick indicates that the service worker is: 

• Active on the JustTip platform 
• Has successfully validated their details through our Tronc scheme 

💡 Tip: Please ensure that any staff who are no longer employed by the business are removed promptly, as your subscription is based on the number of active service workers on your account. 

To remove a service worker: 

1. Go to the ‘My Team’ tab on the left-hand side of the dashboard. 

1. Select ‘Manage’ next to the relevant worker. 

1. Click ‘Remove Service Worker’. 

Unlocking Your Subscription 

Once all your service workers have signed up, you will be able to unlock your Tronc subscription. After selecting ‘Continue’ you’ll be directed to a payment page powered by Stripe to securely complete your payment. Once payment has been successfully processed, your Tronc solution will be fully activated.
