Business Account Sign-Up

Getting started with JustTip is quick & simple. 

Step 1: Signing Up

  • Visit our Irish or UK site to create your business account. 
  • Once registered, a member of our team will contact you within 2 working days to discuss the best product fit for your business. 
  • After selecting your product, we’ll ship your JustTip device or set you up on our software — most businesses are fully set up in under a week

Step 2: Invite Your Team 

  • Once you're set up, log in to your Business Dashboard
  • Navigate to the 'My Team' tab. 
  • Enter each staff member’s name and email address to send them an invitation. 
  • Once invited, team members will receive an email prompting them to create their JustTip account. 

Step 3: Upload Your Weekly Roster 

  • Each week, upload a roster showing either hours worked or days worked for the previous Monday–Sunday
  • Rosters must be uploaded by 11:59 PM every Tuesday

Payouts 

  • Payments are processed every Wednesday
  • Staff will receive tips via standard bank transfer timeframes, depending on their financial institution.
