Tronc Billing (UK)

In short: JustTronc costs GBP 8.99 per employee per month, plus VAT. Your subscription is set up inside your first tronc run, and the number of employees you are billed for is taken from the headcount in each run you submit.

Who this is for: Employers. UK only.

How you are billed

  1. Your subscription starts with your first tronc run. You set it up as part of the run, and pay by card. There is no card fee.
  2. The price is per employee. You pay GBP 8.99 per employee per month, plus VAT.
  3. The number of employees comes from your runs. We bill on the headcount in each tronc run you submit, so the amount can change as your team changes. There is no daily proration.
  4. You can see your charges in your dashboard. A breakdown of your fees and charges is under My Subscription.
  5. The contract rolls every 30 days. All tronc subscriptions are on a 30 day rolling contract, unless a written agreement with JustTip says otherwise.

If your payment fails

If your subscription payment fails, you cannot use the JustTronc section of your dashboard. Go to your dashboard, where you will see an option to retry the payment.

If that did not work
