Opt Out of the Tronc or Unlink a Business (UK)

In short: In Settings, on the Privacy tab, you can opt out of your venue's tronc scheme or unlink your account from a business. You can undo opting out at any time. You cannot undo unlinking.

Who this is for: Staff. UK only.

Open your privacy settings

1. Open the menu.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap the Privacy tab.

Opt out of the tronc

1. Under Tronc scheme, tap Opt out of Tronc scheme.
2. Read what changes:
   • You can opt back in at any time.
   • Your existing records are kept. Opting out only pauses your tronc participation.
   • You will not receive any payments made through the current tronc scheme.
   • You can change this setting again later without contacting support.
3. Tap Opt Out to confirm, or Cancel to stay in.

To opt back in, go to Settings, then the Privacy tab.

Unlink your profile from a business

Unlinking is final and cannot be undone. Once you unlink, you can no longer access the dashboard for that business.

1. Under Unlink profile, tick the box to confirm you understand the change is final.
2. Tap Unlink profile.
