My New Team Member Isn’t Appearing on the Roster
Overview
If a manager adds a new employee to My Team, but they do not appear in the Team Roster, this is expected behaviour in most cases.
This does not mean the employee was not added correctly.
Why this happens
A newly added employee will not appear in the roster until their account is fully verified.
Even if the employee is visible in My Team, they must complete the verification process before they are activated for payroll and roster inclusion.
What “Not Verified” means
An employee is considered not verified if they have not completed:
- Identity document check
- Selfie verification
Until all steps are completed successfully, the system will not include them in the active roster.
How the employee can complete verification
The employee should:
- Go to justtip.net (or justtip.co.uk depending on region)
- Click Login
- Select Employee Login
- Enter their email and password
- Complete the verification process when prompted
If they do not remember their password, they should use the “Forgot my password” option.
Required documents for verification
The employee must provide one valid physical ID:
- Passport
- Driver’s Licence
- National ID Card
Important requirements:
- Must be physical (no screenshots or copies)
- Must not be expired
- Must be clearly visible during scanning
Common reasons verification fails
- Camera or microphone permissions not enabled
- Poor lighting during selfie step
- Blurry or expired ID document
- Multiple people visible during selfie capture

Summary
If a new team member is missing from the roster but shows up team list:
- They have created an account with JustTip.
- They are simply not yet verified
- Once verification is complete, they will automatically appear in the roster
