Change Your Password

This guide walks you through changing the password on your JustTip employee account. We recommend updating your password periodically and choosing one that isn't used on any other site.

In short: Open the menu, tap Settings, then the Password tab. Enter your old password, then your new one twice, and tap Change password.

Who this is for: Staff. UK and Ireland.

Change your password

  1. Log in to your JustTip employee account.
  2. Open the menu and tap Settings.
  3. Tap the Password tab.
  4. Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice.
  5. Check your new password meets every rule shown under the fields:
    • between 8 and 36 characters
    • at least 1 number
    • at least 1 uppercase letter
    • at least 1 lowercase letter
    • at least 1 special character
  6. Tap Change password.

Use your new password the next time you log in.

Got a new phone?

If you get your login codes from an authenticator app and you have changed phone or removed the app, reset it so you can set it up again.

  1. In Settings, tap the Privacy tab.
  2. Under Multi-factor authentication, tap Reset Authenticator App.
  3. Tap Yes, Reset to confirm.
  4. Scan the new QR code with your authenticator app, for example Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
