Reset Your Password
In short: On the sign in page, click Forgot Password and enter your account details. We will email you a link to set a new password.

Reset your password
These steps work for both employee and business accounts.
- Go to the sign in page. Visit justtip.net, or justtip.co.uk if you are based in the UK, select the menu icon in the top left corner, click Login, then choose your login from the drop down.
- Click Forgot Password, and enter your account details when prompted.
- Go to your email inbox and open the email from JustTip. Click the Reset Password Link.
- Enter a new password. It must be between 8 and 36 characters and include at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special character.
- Go back to the sign in page and log in with your new password.
If that did not work
- No email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there after several minutes, try step 2 again.
