Uploading Your Weekly Roster
To ensure your team receives their tips on time, employers must upload their roster each week through the JustTip dashboard.
Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard
- Visit justtip.net if you are in Ireland or justtip.co.uk if you are a UK customer.
- Click Business Login in the top right corner.
- Enter your email and password to access your dashboard.
Step 2: Access the 'My Roster' Section
Once logged in:
- Navigate to the My Roster tab in your dashboard.
- You’ll see a list of pre-populated team members (if previously added). If you have yet to add employees, please see our guide on how to do so.
💡 Tip: Keep your team up to date in the 'My Team' section.
Step 4: Upload Your Roster
You must upload a roster that includes:
- Either the number of hours worked or days worked.
- For the period of Monday to Sunday (the previous week).
You can:
- Enter the hours or days manually using the dashboard.
- Or download and upload using the CSV template for larger teams.
If you wish to split the tip pool between different groups of employees, e.g. Front or Back of House, you can do so using the category split function. Find out how to use it here.
If no new roster is uploaded, the most recent roster will be used automatically.
💡 Tip: Using the CSV template can save time for larger teams.
Step 5: Submit Before the Deadline
- All rosters must be uploaded by 11:59 PM every Tuesday.
- Payments are processed and paid out on Wednesday.
