Tips Not Received

If you have not received your expected tips, there are several possible causes.

Step 1: Check That You Have a JustTip Account

  1. Ensure that you have fully signed up for a JustTip employee account.
  2. If you have not signed up, check your email inbox for your personal invite link.

Step 2: Check That Your Manager Has Invited You to JustTip

  1. If you have not signed up and there is no email invitation in your inbox, your manager may not yet have invited you.
  2. Contact your manager and request that you be invited to sign-up for a JustTip account.

Step 3: Check That Your Manager Has Uploaded Your Weekly Hours

  1. JustTip’s system proportionally splits tips based on your weekly hours worked. If your manager has failed to upload a correct roster, you may not have been allocated any tips.
  2. Contact your manager enquiring about the roster upload.

Step 4: Check the Bank Details Associated With Your JustTip Account

  1. Visit  justtip.net if you are in Ireland or justtip.co.uk if you are a UK customer. 
  2. Click Employee Login in the top right corner. 
  3. Enter your login details to access your dashboard. 
  4. Check that the IBAN you have input is correct if you are an Irish customer, or the Bank Account Number and Sort Code if you are a UK customer.

💡 Tip: If you have not received tips for any of the above reasons, JustTip unfortunately cannot compensate you as the tips collected at your business have been paid out to staff.
