See Your Wallet (UK)

In short: Your wallet holds tronc paid to you before you have finished signing up. Open the menu and tap My Wallet to see your balance and every movement. Once your sign-up is complete, the tips held there are paid to your bank account.

Who this is for: Staff at venues using JustTronc. UK only.

See your wallet

  1. Open the menu.
  2. Tap My Wallet.
  3. At the top, check your current balance, with your credits, debits and number of movements underneath.
  4. Scroll to Account movement to see every payment in and out of your wallet.

Why your tips are held here

If your venue pays you tronc before you have finished signing up, we cannot send it to your bank yet, so it is held safely in your wallet. You keep your share. Nothing is lost.

Get your tips paid out

  1. Finish your sign-up, including your identity check. See Completing Your Employee Account.
  2. Check your bank details are correct. See Changing Your Bank Details.
  3. Once your sign-up is complete, the tips held in your wallet are paid to your bank account.

If that did not work

If your wallet shows no movements and you expected tips, check with your manager that you were on the roster for that period. If your sign-up is complete and your balance has not been paid out, see Why Your Tips Are Showing as Pending or contact us at https://help.justtip.net/en/contact-us.
