- For both employee and business accounts, visit the sign in page.
- Click 'Forgot Password', and enter your account details when prompted.
Step 2:
- Go to your email inbox.
- Click the 'Reset Password Link' and enter a new password.
Step 3:
- Revisit the log in page and enter your new details.
