Locked Out of Account
If you input an incorrect password multiple times, you may be automatically locked out of your account.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
- First contact customer support here if you are in Ireland or here if you are a UK customer and inform the team that your account is locked.
- A representative will manually unlock your account.
Step 2: Change your password
- Visit justtip.net you are in Ireland or justtip.co.uk if you are a UK customer.
- Select Forgot Your Password.
- Input your email address and click Recover Password.
Step 3: Check Your Inbox
- An email will be sent to you containing a link to change your password.
- Input your new password and click Reset Password.
