Locked Out of Account

If you input an incorrect password multiple times, you may be automatically locked out of your account.

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  1. First contact customer support here if you are in Ireland or here if you are a UK customer and inform the team that your account is locked.
  2. A representative will manually unlock your account.

Step 2: Change your password

  1. Visit justtip.net you are in Ireland or justtip.co.uk if you are a UK customer. 
  2. Select Forgot Your Password.
  3. Input your email address and click Recover Password.

Step 3: Check Your Inbox

  1. An email will be sent to you containing a link to change your password.
  2. Input your new password and click Reset Password.
