In short: Open the menu and tap Support to send us a message or leave feedback. You can also tap the help icon on your home screen.

Send us a message

1. Open the menu and tap Support.
2. On the Contact us tab, enter your name, email address and phone number.
3. Pick what you need help with.
4. Describe the problem in the message box.
5. Tap Submit.

Leave feedback

1. In Support, tap the Feedback tab.
2. Rate your experience from 1 to 5.
3. Add a comment if you like.
4. Tap Send feedback.

Use the help shortcut

Tap the help icon at the top of your home screen to go straight to Support.
